Stuart Hill Bed and Breakfast prides itself on making sure your visit to the foothills of the Blue Ridge and our home is as pleasant and memorable as possible. We serve each and every guest with quaint southern charm and we ask that you have a look at our policies to assure your satisfaction.

Arrival & Departure

Check In  3pm to 7pm
* special accommodations can be made in advance for late check in time.
Check out time  11am

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations can be made on our website or through Airbnb or by contacting Stuart Hill Bed & Breakfast at 276-734-4287. Cancellations must be made by phone two weeks prior to the scheduled reservation date. A full refund will be made less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Rates & Guests

All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. Rates do not include taxes and fees.
The Magnolia room offers a triple occupancy for an additional charge. Please note that the two guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor.

Children

Children 12 years of age and older accompanied by a parent are welcome at Stuart Hill.

Pet Policy

We are sorry but no pets are allowed. We do have pets of our own but they are restricted to private areas.

Smoking & Fireplaces

No Smoking is permitted . Guestrooms have non-operational fireplaces. Per fire code, and for the safety of our guests and home no fires or candles are permitted in the guest rooms.

Internet Access

Stuart Hill offers wireless internet access available to our guests. This provides reliability and speed so that our guests can conduct business and stream video on their personal devices. Smart TVs are available in guest rooms.

Meals

Guests are welcome to enjoy a tasty afternoon treat and refreshment in the tea parlor upon arrival and will be served a scrumptious breakfast in the dining room or on the verandah. Breakfast will be served between 8am and 9am.
